0xDith, founder of Abstract-based RPG Gigaverse and the GLHFers NFT collection, has revealed a new mechanic for an upcoming dungeon competition: house fees will be directed toward bids on ecosystem NFTs.

In a post on April 29, 0xDith explained that the more players participate in the event, the larger the bid pool will grow. If the community responds positively, the dungeon will become a permanent fixture in the game, with plans to incorporate additional mechanics beyond the initial competition.

Gigaverse is one of Abstract's most successful crypto-native RPGs, boasting over 75,000 players and more than 10 million in marketplace volume. 0xDith, a former Stripe employee and Head of Business Development at Proof of Play (Pirate Nation), has built a reputation for prioritizing gameplay over speculation.

The announcement signals a continued focus on player-driven economies within the Gigaverse ecosystem, where in-game activity directly influences NFT values. No specific dates for the dungeon event have been shared.
